All board positions are run by volunteers and are not salaried. Each board member is responsible for the assigned events during the academic year. All events are well documented and are conducted for many years by PTA. If chairs are not available for the events it is the responsibility of the board member assigned to perform it. The board members work as a team to help each other. All board members are expected to attend the monthly board meeting. This is conducted in the morning and runs for an hour.

It is required that all board members be available during open house. This is a 1- or 2-day event that runs in the morning and afternoons. They should also be available for a few hours during holiday shop. This is a 5-day event that runs in the morning and afternoons. If your company pays for volunteer hours, these are good opportunities.
